After a long career, I wanted a peaceful place to retire. Upkar KHB B in Mysore offered just that. It's ready to move in, which meant no waiting. The properties are described as spacious and luxurious, and they do feel that way. The location next to the APMC Yard in Hunsur is good, and I appreciate the convenience of having both Shastry Public School and Apollo Hospital within nearby. This reduces travel time significantly for any emergencies or school runs. The developer, Upkar Develope, seems to have a decent track record. The only minor drawback is that the area can get a bit noisy during market days at the APMC yard, but it settles down later.

This is my fit time buying a home, and I was a bit nervous. Upkar KHB B seemed like a good starting point. The location in Hunsur, next to the APMC Yard, is quite accessible. I liked that the project is ready to move, so we could shift in right after booking. We were looking for something spacious and these properties definitely fit that description. Having Shastry Public School and Apollo Hospital so close by is a massive advantage for us. The only thing that's a little concerning is the road leading to the project; it can get dusty during dry weather. But overall, the decision feels right for us.
