I picked a 2 BHK, it has a built-up area of 1157 sq.ft which feels quite spacious for my family. The location near NH-8 is convenient for my commute to the office. Power backup is also a good amenity to have, especially during monsoon season when outages can be common. The price was within my budget, around 70 Lakhs. The developer, Upasna Group, has a decent track record. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but it’s manageable.
