After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Jaipur, and Upasna Mayfair offered just that. I chose a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 2350 square feet. The price was around 1.9 crore. The Yoga/Meditation area is perfect for my daily routine. The project is ready to move, which was convenient. I also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the overall maintenance seems good. The location in C Scheme is quite central. My only minor issue is that the discothek amenity is not something I would use, but it doesn't detract from the other benefits.

One slight concern is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's near NH-8, but the apartment is quite soundproof.
