The children's play area is a big hit with our kids, and they love the open spaces with fountains. Being close to NH-8 is convenient for our commutes. The earthquake-resistant structure was a major factor for us, given the region. We are still waiting for the OC which is a bit concerning, but the flat itself is well-constructed.
