The location is important as it is near West High Court Road and also close to Arneja Heart and Multispeciality Hospital, should they need it. I chose a 3 BHK configuration, approximately 1700 sq.ft, to give them ample space and comfort. The price of 1.62 Crore was the higher end, but worth it for the size and location. Ramnath Developecompleted this project in 2014, and it is ready to move in, which means they can shift in immediately. The inclusion of solar water heating and rain water harvesting are thoughtful amenities.
