My partner and I were looking for a plot for investment and found Univeal Mathivanan Nagar. We purchased a 2400 Sq.ft plot for about 43.2 Lakh. The location in Pandur, Guduvancheri seems promising for future growth. Being a gated community with internal roads and footpaths is a good feature. We also appreciate the power backup availability, which is crucial for us. It’s ready to move, which is great. One thing we noticed is that the Kannivaakam Bus Stop is nearby, so connectivity might be a slight issue for daily commuting without a peonal vehicle. However, the overall development looks promising for the price.
