This is my fit property purchase and I wanted to be careful about the location. I ended up choosing a 1270 Sq.ft plot in Univeal Chandan Valley because it feels like a secure investment. Univeal Cash Crops has been transparent about the documentation process so far. Being near the Next Gen International School is a big plus for the future value of the area. I visited the site at No 298, Kondaparava Village and found the land to be level and ready for construction. I am a little concerned about the lack of street lights on the internal lanes at night, but hopefully, that will get sorted out once more houses come up in the neighborhood soon.

I bought a large 5324 Sq.ft plot here as I wanted to build a spacious independent bungalow. Univeal Chandan Valley is located in a quiet part of Guntur which I really appreciate. The proximity to Aster Ramesh Hospitals is a major benefit for my parents who stay with me. Univeal Cash Crops has done a fair job with the layout planning. I do wish the connectivity to the underground subway metro station which is nearby was a bit better, as currently, you definitely need a car to reach there. Overall, the size of the plots available is quite impressive compared to other projects I have seen in this region recently. It is a solid long term bet.

The location at Kondaparava Village in Gorantla seems peaceful. We looked at the 1418.9 Sq.ft plot size as it fits our budget well for a future house. Univeal Cash Crops has kept the site clean. The Hindupur-Kadiri Highway is quite accessible from here which makes our commute easier. We are thinking about booking it soon since the project is already ready to move. The only small issue is that the approach road has a lot of dust right now, probably due to some nearby development work. Otherwise, it is a decent plot option for anyone working in the city who wants a bit of space.
