We chose Univeal Antalya Heights primarily because of its proximity to DELHI WORLD PUBLIC SCHOOL NOIDA EXTENSION, which is nearby. This was a huge deciding factor for us with two young children. We bought a 4 BHK duplex builder floor, which is quite spacious at 2295 square feet built-up. The project is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after purchase. The price for our unit was around 65 Lakh, which felt a bit stretched for our budget, but the convenience of the school and the overall build quality from Univeal Infratech made us go for it. Power backup is also available, which is important. The only minor issue is that the area can get quite dusty with ongoing construction nearby, but we are hoping that settles down soon. Overall, a good choice for families.

The only downside is that the Noida Sector 81 Metro Station is about 7.5 kilometeaway, making daily metro commutes a bit long. Otherwise, it's a peaceful locality.
