    We decided to move into Univeal Aayaam after retiring. The location in R K Colony is quite peaceful, which is what we wanted. It is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly. It is close to Keshav Porwal Hospital, which is important for us at this stage. The proximity to Bhilwara – Ladpura Road is also convenient for occasional trips. The developer, Univeal Alliance, seems to have a decent reputation. The apartment is comfortable enough for two people. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon. Overall, a good decision for our golden yea
