I looked at the 4 BHK, which is quite large at 2754 Sq.ft, suitable for larger families. The project being ready to move since 2014 is a good sign of timely completion by Unity DevelopeThe amenities like the swimming pool and children's play area are attractive. Rainwater harvesting is a responsible feature. The location is decent, although the road leading to the project could be better maintained.
