    This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on United Infra in Kalyan Nagar. I was looking for a 2 BHK flat and found the sizes here range from 1000 to 1240 sq.ft, which felt good. The area is developing well and it's nice that the project is ready to move. I visited the site a couple of times. The access road to the main street could be a bit wider, it feels a little congested sometimes when caare coming from both directions. Other than that, the flat itself is quite spacious and the layout works for me. I am hoping this is a good fit investment.
