United Enclave in Vatva, South East, offered a ready-to-move 1 BHK flat. The carpet area of 360 sq.ft. Is sufficient for my needs. The price of approximately 20.83 Lakh was acceptable. I appreciate the inclusion of fire sprinkleand a fire fighting system, which are important safety features. The project is a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which adds to the security. The nearby distance to the Expressway is good for travel. My only reservation is the completion date being December 2025, as I was hoping for something immediately available. However, the solar lighting is a nice eco-friendly touch.
