I like that it's in Parijat Nagar, which is a developing area. The proximity to Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital and Bhonsala Military School, both nearby, is very convenient. The developer, United Builde, has provided basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. My only concern is the dust on the roads surrounding the project due to ongoing development, but that is common in many parts of Nashik. The earthquake-resistant structure gives some peace of mind.

After renting for yea, we finally bought our fit home here at United Avenues. We were looking for something ready to move and this 1 BHK at 600 square feet fit our needs. The landscape garden is lovely for evening walks, and my daughter enjoys the children's play area. It’s located in Parijat Nagar, which is accessible via Mahatma Nagar Road and Trimabak Road. Having power backup is definitely a plus. The construction was completed back in 2011, so it’s an established building. One thing we are still getting used to is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's not too far from the main roads like NH 3. But overall, we are happy with the decision and feel it’s a good upgrade from our rental apartment.
