This is my fit property purchase, and I went for Unitech Vistas in Sector 70. I was looking for a ready-to-move-in apartment and found a 2 BHK here. The built-up area is 1175 sq.ft. The price point for this configuration was around 80 Lakhs, which was within my budget. I liked that it has a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The developer, Unitech Group, has been around for a while, which gave me some confidence. The biggest concern for me is the lack of immediate OC details, but I am hoping it gets sorted soon. The location is quite good though.

We picked Unitech Vistas mainly for its location right on Golf Coue Extension Road. Getting to the office takes about 30 minutes, which is okay for Gurgaon. The 1175 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment we got has a decent layout, and the Vastu compliance was a plus for my wife. We liked the swimming pool and the gymnasium here. The club house is also a good place to relax. The only thing is that the Car Parking can feel a bit congested sometimes, especially during evenings when people return. Overall, it's a good place to live for now.

As a single woman, safety and convenience were my top priorities. Unitech Vistas offe24x7 security and is located centrally on Golf Coue Extension Road. I chose a 2.5 BHK, although the exact built-up area wasn't specified, it feels spacious enough. The apartment is Vastu compliant, which is nice. I also appreciate the availability of a gymnasium and a club house for recreation. The price range fits my expectations for this locality. My only small worry is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's on a main road. But the proximity to Southern Peripheral Road is very convenient for commuting.

I bought a 4 BHK in Unitech Vistas, spanning 1890 sq.ft, back in 2011 when it was completed. My goal was an investment in a prime Gurgaon location. Golf Coue Extension Road is a rapidly developing area, offering good potential for rental appreciation. The project provides essential amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and club house, which are attractive to potential tenants. The price at that time was competitive. While the project is ready to move, I have observed that some areas around the project can get dusty due to ongoing construction in the vicinity. However, the overall infrastructure and connectivity to SPR are strong points for future growth.

We needed a spacious home with good amenities for the kids, and Unitech Vistas fit the bill. We bought a 3 BHK which is 1530 sq.ft, plenty of room for us. Suraj School is a short distance, which is a huge relief for morning school runs. The landscaped gardens and the kids play area were big factoin our decision. The 24x7 water supply and security are also reassuring. The price was around 1 Crore, which felt reasonable for the space and location. The only downside is that the roads nearby can get busy during peak hou, but it's manageable.
