    After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place with good amenities. Unitech The World Spa West offered just that. I bought a 4 BHK, about 4500 square feet, and it's quite spacious. The reading lounge is a nice quiet spot, and the general landscaping is very pleasant. It was completed in March 2009, so it’s an established property. The location is convenient, close to the metro and major roads. My only slight worry is the maintenance charges for a property of this size and age, but so far it seems reasonable. The sauna bath is a nice feature for relaxation.

    Moving to Gurgaon for work, I needed something close to the hospital. Shivam Hospital is nearby, which is incredibly convenient. I purchased a 4 BHK apartment, around 4050 square feet, which offeample space for my family. The fact that it's ready to move in simplified our relocation process considerably. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are good for staying active after long hospital shifts. The nearby golf coue extension road and Gurgaon-Delhi Expressway are also a big plus for connectivity. The only drawback is that the area can get quite dusty sometimes due to ongoing developments nearby.

    We bought a 5 BHK here mostly for the space, 7868 square feet is massive. The Italian marble in the living areas is a nice touch and the private business center is useful for my work calls. Being ready to move was a big plus, we didn't want to wait. The location in Sector 30, Gurgaon is quite central with NH-8 just over a kilometer away. My main concern is the traffic getting out during peak hou, it can be frustrating. Also, some of the amenities like the spa are quite expensive to use regularly. Overall it feels like a solid property for the price, given the size and location.
