I needed a comfortable and secure 2 BHK apartment in Chennai, and Unitech The Terraces caught my eye. The super builtup area of around 750 square feet is a good size for me. Being a short distance Thousand Light Metro Station is fantastic for my daily commute to work. The availability of power backup is a relief, and the swimming pool is a great way to relax. The club house is also a nice facility to have. My main concern is the traffic congestion on the main road during morning and evening rush hou, which can make getting around a bit stressful. Despite that, the project itself feels safe with the car parking and general security. The Unitech Group has provided decent amenities, and the overall atmosphere is quite pleasant for a single resident.
