I opted for a 3 BHK, which is about 2491 square feet, offering enough space without being overwhelming. The Internet/Wi-Fi facility is useful. Being on Golf Coue Extension Road means good connectivity. However, the price range, starting from 4.25 Crore, is quite high for a single buyer, and finding parking can sometimes be challenging.
