I chose this Unitech property in New Town because of its location and the developer's reputation. Being a government employee, I appreciate the structured development. The 3 BHK configuration, starting from 1693 sq.ft, is spacious enough for my family. It's a ready-to-move project, which means no waiting around. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and gated community provide good security. The price range of 1.2 Cr to 2.0 Cr is within my budget for such a large flat in a developing area. My only concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but I expect that to settle down over time. The amenities like the swimming pool are a bonus.

We were looking for a spacious 3 BHK flat in New Town and found this Unitech project. The area is developing rapidly and it's close to Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station, nearby, which is great for commuting to our IT jobs. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is quite large, ranging up to 2821 sq.ft, giving us plenty of room. It is ready to move in, which suited our immediate needs. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice green feel, and the swimming pool is a great amenity for weekend relaxation. The price point between 1.2 Cr and 2.0 Cr is what we expected for this size and location. We are happy with our purchase.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Kolkata, and this Unitech property in Bablatala seemed fitting. The flat size is good, with the 3 BHK option around 2000 sq.ft. Being comfortable. The availability of a gymnasium and a swimming pool means I can stay active without leaving the complex. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was a priority for me. However, I find the parking area a bit cramped, which could be an issue for visitowith caAlso, the direct road access could be better, requiring a short drive on a smaller lane. But for daily living, it's quite convenient.

We recently moved into our 3 BHK flat at Unitech in New Town, Bablatala. The location is perfect for us, being close to Delhi Public School, New Town. The size of our flat is around 1693 sq.ft, which is comfortable for our family of four. Having a ready-to-move-in home saved us a lot of hassle. The gated community offegood security, and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance is reassuring. Power backup is also available, which is essential. My only slight worry is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during the day, but it quiets down at night. The swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained and the kids love them.

The size of the flat, around 2821 sq.ft, is quite generous for them. It's a ready-to-move-in property which simplifies things. The presence of 24x7 water supply and power backup is crucial for their comfort. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look pleasant. The only minor drawback is that the metro station is nearby, which might be a bit far for them to walk regularly, but they will manage. I'm hoping they will be happy here.
