We were looking for a ready to move property in Ranchi for immediate use and found Unique Shiv Shakti Enclave. The location in Bariatu is quite convenient, close to D. A. V Public School which is a plus. It’s also only close to National Highway 33, making travel easier. We haven't faced any major issues with the construction quality so far. The developer, Unique Buildcon, seems to have completed the project on time. One thing though, parking can get a bit tricky during peak houwhen many residents are returning home. Overall, it’s a decent option for the area. We are still settling in but hopeful about the future appreciation.
