Relocating to Nagpur for work at Orange City Hospital & Research Institute meant finding a place close by. Unique Janai Balaji Apartments is literally 0.44 kilometeaway, which is incredibly convenient. I chose a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 939 square feet. Being ready to move in since December 2019 saved me a lot of hassle. The access to National Highway 7 is also a big plus for travelling within and outside the city. The only minor issue is the slightly tight internal roads in Chatrapati Nagar during peak times, but it is manageable given the hospital proximity. Unique Developebuilt this project.

After retiring, I wanted a comfortable place in Nagpur. Unique Janai Balaji Apartments seemed like a good option. I bought a 3 BHK unit. The carpet area is about 950 square feet, which is manageable. The location in Chatrapati Nagar is quite convenient, with the hospital and school nearby. It was completed in December 2019, so it’s ready to move into immediately. The building looks well-maintained from the outside. One thing I've noticed is the dust from nearby construction sites, which can be a bit irritating. However, the peacefulness of the area otherwise makes up for it.
