After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and convenient place, and Unique Icon seemed like a good fit. The location in Shyam Nagar is well-connected, and the 1 BHK apartment size of approximately 540 square feet is suitable for my current needs. I appreciate the Vastu compliance and the availability of a lift. The 24X7 water supply is a must, and they seem to have that covered. The gymnasium is also a nice facility to have. The only minor drawback I've noticed is that the Wi-Fi connectivity can be a bit inconsistent at times, which is a bit annoying. However, the overall project by Unique Infraspace Pvt Ltd appeawell-maintained and peaceful.
