  Relocating to Ahmedabad for work at KD Hospital, nearby, made Unique Aashiyana an obvious choice. The project is ready to move, which was crucial for my immediate shift. I opted for a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1728 Sq.ft; the spaciousness is impressive. The Luxurious Jacuzzi and Sauna Bath are nice touches for relaxation after long hospital shifts. The earthquake-resistant structure provides peace of mind. The contemporary design is appealing. The only drawback is the slight dust issue from nearby construction, which is common in developing areas. Overall, a solid choice for professionals.

  We decided to upgrade from our rental and purchased a 2 BHK in Unique Aashiyana. The carpet area of 1179 Sq.ft is a significant improvement over our previous place. We really liked the idea of the Kids Library & Computer Zone and the Gazebo. The location near Jagatpur Road is decent, and being close to KD Hospital is reassuring. The price range for apartments, starting around 71.24 L, fit our budget after considering the loan. The project being ready to move was a huge advantage. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the traffic noise from New Prahladnagar Road during peak houHowever, the swimming pool and sauna bath make up for it.

I was drawn to the modern aluminum sliding windows and the overall contemporary design by Ghoricha. The price for the 2 BHK starting at 71.24 L seemed manageable with my home loan. The apartment sizes are generous; we have a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1728 Sq.ft. The developer, Unique Infraspace Pvt Ltd, has ensured good construction quality with an earthquake-resistant RCC structure. The availability of a gymnasium and a luxurious Jacuzzi is nice. While the project is ready to move, the lack of official OC received is a point of slight concern, though it was completed in December 2014. The Valet Parking is a thoughtful touch.
