I opted for a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1728 Sq.ft; the spaciousness is impressive. The Luxurious Jacuzzi and Sauna Bath are nice touches for relaxation after long hospital shifts. The earthquake-resistant structure provides peace of mind. The contemporary design is appealing. The only drawback is the slight dust issue from nearby construction, which is common in developing areas. Overall, a solid choice for professionals.

The only thing that bothered us a bit was the traffic noise from New Prahladnagar Road during peak houHowever, the swimming pool and sauna bath make up for it.

The apartment sizes are generous; we have a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1728 Sq.ft. The developer, Unique Infraspace Pvt Ltd, has ensured good construction quality with an earthquake-resistant RCC structure. The availability of a gymnasium and a luxurious Jacuzzi is nice. While the project is ready to move, the lack of official OC received is a point of slight concern, though it was completed in December 2014. The Valet Parking is a thoughtful touch.
