Daya General Hospital is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The flat size is decent at 1326 square feet for our 3 BHK. It feels spacious enough for the kids to move around. We moved in a few months ago and are settling in. The location in Koorkenchery is convenient for most things. One small issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy on Mana Lane during peak hou, but we're managing. Overall, it's a good place for families.
