We recently moved into Uni Midtown with our two children. The location is fantastic for us because Rajagiri Jeevass CMI Central School and Rajagiri Hospital are literally nearby. It cuts down our travel time significantly. We opted for a larger 3 BHK, around 1531 square feet, which gives everyone enough peonal space. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids, and they also enjoy the swimming pool. The apartment includes power backup, which is essential for us as we work from home sometimes. The price was within our expected range for this size and location. Uni Homes has provided a decent living space. The only downside is the traffic noise can be noticeable during peak houdue to the proximity to main roads.

This is my fit home purchase, and I chose Uni Midtown in Kochi. I picked a 3 BHK unit of about 1450 square feet. The price was around 53 Lakh, which fit my budget after careful planning. The fact that it's ready to move in was a huge relief. I was impressed by how close it is to the Aluva Metro Station – makes commuting so easy. The 24x7 security and intercom system provide a good sense of safety. Uni Homes has included a swimming pool and a children's play area, which are nice bonuses. My only reservation is that the parking spaces seem a bit compact, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, I'm happy with my decision.
