We purchased a 2 BHK apartment at Umiya Quatro C in Dabolim. Being retired, we wanted a peaceful place with good amenities. The club house and the children's play area are nice touches for when our grandchildren visit. The apartment size is 1130 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. The proximity to Goa International Airport is very convenient for our travel. However, the road leading to the project can be a bit congested during peak hou, which is a minor inconvenience. The price range of 47.46 Lakh for the larger unit was reasonable for Goa. Umiya Group seems to have put in decent facilities like power backup and a sewage treatment plant.

The 748 square feet 1 BHK is a good size for me, not too big. Having the gymnasium and jogging track is a bonus for staying fit. I did notice a bit of traffic noise from the airport sometimes, but it’s manageable. The price point was within my budget, around 31.42 Lakh for the smaller flat. The location opposite Goa International Airport is fantastic for my travel needs, although the constant flight activity does create some background noise. The price was around 31.42 Lakh, fitting my budget. I appreciate the 24x7 security and water supply provided by Umiya Group. The jogging track is also a nice feature for my evening walks. The only slight drawback is that the surrounding area still has some construction dust from ongoing development, but I’m hoping that improves over time.
