The proximity to Hidayah Islamic International School, just a 2-minute walk, indicates a family-friendly neighborhood, even though my children are grown. The fact that the Occupancy Certificate has been received is a significant reassurance about the project's compliance and legality. I visited the site and found the common areas to be well-maintained. My only reservation is the noise from the nearby bus stop, Amba Theatre Bus Stop, which is just a minute away. It's quite bustling throughout the day. However, the convenience of immediate possession and the developer's reliability outweigh this minor concern for me.
