We purchased a 3 BHK in Umang Winter Hills a few months ago. The built-up area is quite generous, ranging from 1515 to 2077 square feet, which provides ample space for our family. The location in Sector 77, New Gurgaon, offegood connectivity, especially being close to the Delhi-Ajmer Expressway. The project has a significant amount of open space, about 65%, which is impressive for visual luxury. We are particularly enjoying the cricket pitch and the cycling track. The price point for the size we got was within our expectations for Gurgaon.
