The flat sizes like 780 Sq.ft are perfect for me and the kitchen layout is quite functional. The proximity to Rasulgarh Bus Stop is a big help for my late evenings back from work. Umang Estate has made sure to include features like solar water heating which will help in reducing my electricity bills eventually. I have seen the construction progress and it looks steady. There is definitely some noise from the nearby National Highway 203 during peak hou, but it is a trade-off for such good connectivity. Overall, I am quite happy with my booking decision.
