Umang Estate has made sure to include features like solar water heating which will help in reducing my electricity bills eventually. I have seen the construction progress and it looks steady. There is definitely some noise from the nearby National Highway 203 during peak hou, but it is a trade-off for such good connectivity. Overall, I am quite happy with my booking decision.
