The floor plan for our 3 BHK is quite spacious, around 1550 Sq.ft built up. The location in Sector 78 is decent, close to the Delhi-Ajmer Expressway. However, the distance to the Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station is over nearby, which is a bit of a hassle for daily commutes if you rely on the metro.
