I finally found a good plot for my parents in Umang City. They wanted something close to nature and with enough space to build a small garden. The 200 sq.yd plot area we booked gives them that flexibility. Haven Hub Reality seems to have good landscaping. Being near the Yamuna Expressway is convenient for them to visit us when we come down. It's ready to move which means they can shift in soon. The price was within our budget, around 65 Lakh. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that settles down soon. Overall, a decent option for them.
