Having Shalby Hospital nearby is a huge relief, making my commute to work practically non-existent. The project is by Uma Buildcon, and I've heard they generally deliver decent quality. The gymnasium is a nice addition for staying fit. My main concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which might be an issue sometimes. The price starting at 57.0 Lakh seems reasonable for the size and location. Overall, it fits the bill for my relocation.
