Relocating to Ahmedabad for work, I needed a place close to amenities. Uma Siddhi Flora’s 2 BHK, measuring 900 sq.ft, seemed like a good option. The proximity to Narol-Vatva Road is convenient for commuting. I appreciated the earthquake-resistant structure and the Vaastu compliance. The price was in the 15 Lakh range, which was acceptable. However, the OC received status is not available, which makes me slightly hesitant about future procedures. Also, the dust from the ongoing development nearby can be a bit much sometimes. Overall, it's a functional property with decent space.
