I am purchasing a 2 BHK flat in Uma Sajhbati X for my parents who live in Kolkata. They wanted to be closer to Narayana Hospital and EM Bypass, and this location in Baghajatin is perfect. The carpet area for the 2 BHK starts from 448 square feet, which is a decent size for them. The project is being developed by Uma Enterprise Kolkata and is expected to complete by June 2026. I've arranged for closed car parking for them. My parents are excited about moving in. The only minor drawback is the distance to the nearest metro station, Gitanjali Metro Station, which is about 1.73 kilometeaway. But with the hospital and main road so close, it should be manageable for them.
