We bought a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 800 Sq.ft approximately. The location in Thirumullaivoyal is good, and it’s convenient to reach the hospital as well. The project was completed in 2013 by Uma Builde, and it’s ready to move into. The price range for the flats, starting from 18.11 Lakh, was attractive. My only concern is the traffic noise sometimes, as it’s close to the main road. But the proximity to school outweighs this.
