  My partner and I were looking for a comfortable home in North Bangalore, and Ultimate Comforts caught our eye. The 2 BHK apartments have a good built-up area of 1065 Sq.ft, perfect for us. We loved the idea of the multipurpose room and the jogging track. The location on Ananthpura Main Road is quite good, with the bus stop just a minute away. The price starting at 31.95 Lakh was attractive for us as a young couple. We are still waiting for the OC, which is a bit concerning, but the builder assured us it's in process. The apartment feels good to live in.

I acquired a 2 BHK unit with a built-up area of 1065 Sq.ft for approximately 31.95 Lakh. The proximity to Ananthapura Gate Bus Stop (1 min) and Aveksha Hospital (8 mins) adds to its appeal for potential tenants. The 24x7 security and gymnasium are good amenities that tenants appreciate. While the project was completed in May 2012, the area has seen development, which is positive for future appreciation. The price point is attractive for an investment.

  As a government employee, I was looking for a reliable developer, and Ultimate Builder and Properties had a good reputation. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Ultimate Comforts. The built-up area is 1360 Sq.ft, which is ample space. The property is ready to move, which was a key factor for me. The amenities like the gymnasium and jogging track are useful for staying fit. The price point for the 3 BHK units, starting from around 46.95 Lakh, felt reasonable given the area. The Ananthpura Main Road location offegood connectivity. I am satisfied with the purchase.

I purchased a 3 BHK unit, considering the built-up area of 1360 Sq.ft to 1565 Sq.ft. The price range of 31.95 Lakh to 46.95 Lakh is competitive for North Bangalore. The project offeessential amenities like a gymnasium and water storage. However, the lack of readily available OC information is a point of concern from a legal and resale pepective. The Ananthpura Main Road location is accessible, but one has to navigate some narrow lanes to reach the main road.

  I bought a 3 BHK apartment here in Ultimate Comforts mainly for its proximity to Aveksha Hospital, which is only an 8-minute drive. This was important for my peace of mind. The built-up area is quite large, 1565 Sq.ft for the bigger units, giving plenty of room. The 24x7 security and water storage facilities are practical. While the project is ready to move, I noticed there's quite a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby, which can be a concern. The price for the larger units goes up to 46.95 Lakh, which is on the higher side. Overall, a decent property but the dust is a slight drawback.

  We needed a place close to Kendriya Vidyalaya CRPF, and Ultimate Comforts is just a 2-minute drive away, which is amazing. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids, and they spend houthere. We got a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of 1065 Sq.ft, and it feels quite spacious for our family of four. The 24x7 security is also a big comfort for us. The location on Ananthpura Main Road is convenient for daily commutes. The price range was also within our budget, around 31.95 Lakh for our unit. We are happy with the decision.

The location in North Bangalore on Ananthpura Main Road is decent, though the traffic can get heavy during peak houThe amenities like the jogging track and 24x7 security are excellent. The price range from 31.95 Lakh to 46.95 Lakh seemed competitive. We appreciated that the project was ready to move in May 2012, meaning it's a well-established property. The intercom system is also a nice touch for communication.

  This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Ultimate Comforts. I opted for a 2 BHK unit with a built-up area of 1065 Sq.ft. The price of 31.95 Lakh was manageable for my fit investment. I liked the fact that it is ready to move. The amenities like the children's play area and gymnasium are good additions. The proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya CRPF, a short distance, is a plus. However, the parking space seems a bit tight, especially if you have more than one car. Ultimate Builder and Properties seem to be responsive to queries though.
