I purchased a 2 BHK apartment at UKN Alila Miraya recently. The size is about 1400 Sq.ft built up, which is comfortable for my needs. Being a government employee, I appreciate the ready-to-move status as it saves me the hassle of waiting for construction. The location in Whitefield is decent, and it's good that Manipal Hospital Varthur Road is close by for any emergency. The sports area and swimming pool are nice additions, though I might not use them often. The developer, UKN Properties Pvt. Ltd., has a decent track record. My main issue is the parking situation, it seems a bit tight, especially if you have guests.

I’m looking at the 3 BHK, which is a substantial 3800 Sq.ft built up. The proximity to Nallur Halli Metro Station is excellent for my frequent travels. The availability of a gymnasium and sports area is a great perk for staying active. The project is ready to move, which is a significant advantage. The developer, UKN Properties Pvt. Ltd., has delivered a project that feels well-constructed. I did notice that the access road to the project is a bit narrow, which could be a slight inconvenience during busy times.

We were looking for a ready-to-move apartment in Bangalore and found UKN Alila Miraya. The location in Whitefield, Basavanna Nagar is convenient for us as my partner works there. We are considering the 2 BHK which is around 1400 Sq.ft built up. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are a big plus for our lifestyle. The proximity to Nallur Halli Metro Station is also great for commuting. We did a site visit last week and the construction quality looked solid. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. But overall, it seems like a good option for us right now.

The Children's Play Area is perfect for when our nieces visit. The location in Basavanna Nagar, Whitefield is quite good, with Gopalan National School and Manipal Hospital Varthur Road nearby. UKN Properties Pvt. Ltd. Seems to be a reliable developer. The apartment is ready to move, which is a huge relief. However, we feel the price point might be a bit steep for the area, even though the built-up area is good. We are still evaluating if it fits our budget long-term.

We needed a larger space for our family, so we checked out UKN Alila Miraya. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, around 3800 Sq.ft built up, which gives our kids plenty of room. It’s great that Gopalan National School is nearby, making the morning drop-off much easier. The Children's Play Area within the project is also a big hit with my little ones. We’ve seen the multipurpose room and thought it could be useful for gatherings. The area is developing, but we are a bit worried about the dust and noise from ongoing construction around Whitefield. However, the developer, UKN Properties Pvt. Ltd., seems reputable.
