The location is decent, being close to St Mary's Matriculation Higher Secondary School which is nearby. My husband liked the idea of buying a plot because we can customize the house design later. P Rajaraman has a reputation for completing projects, so we felt a bit secure about buying here. It is ready to move, which is also a plus. The only small concern is that the area feels a bit dusty right now, probably because of ongoing construction nearby. We are hoping it settles down once more people move in. We are still considering the final decision, but it's definitely one of our top choices for a residential plot.
