We looked at the 3 BHK which is 2121 square feet, a good size for us to entertain guests. The gymnasium is a nice perk, and the 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. The pricing starting from 1.1 Crore seemed competitive for the area. The project was completed by Unique Dream Buildesome yeaago, so it feels established. The landscaping is also quite nice.
