I bought a flat in Udaya Surya Classic because of its proximity to the metro. The Musheerabad Metro Station is nearby, making my commute to work so much easier. It is ready to move in, so I could shift immediately after registration. The apartment is compact but functional for one peon. The builder, Udaya Heights, seems to have a good reputation. My only issue is the parking area. It feels a bit cramped, and I worry about finding a spot during busy evenings. But for the location and ease of travel, it’s worth it.

We moved into Udaya Surya Classic about six months ago. The location in Kavadiguda is quite convenient for us, being close to Primrose School which is nearby. My grandchildren can visit easily. The building is ready to move, which was a big plus as we did not want to wait. The rooms are a decent size for a retired couple. My only small complaint is that during peak hou, the traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy. Also, the common areas are not very well maintained. Overall, it is a peaceful place to live.

I invested in Udaya Surya Classic by Udaya Heights in Hyderabad's Kavadiguda area as a ready-to-move property. The main draw was the location’s potential for rental income, given its accessibility. Being near Musheerabad Metro Station at nearby is a definite plus for tenants. It's also reasonably close to KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals, adding to the area’s appeal. While the project is ready, I have observed that the pricing might be slightly on the higher side compared to other similar ready-to-move options in East Hyderabad. However, the developer's track record is generally positive, which provides some comfort for an investment.

Decided to purchase in Udaya Surya Classic after considering the location in Kavadiguda. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and close to essential services. The proximity to Primrose School, just half a kilometre away, was a significant factor for my children's education. The flat is ready to move, which suited my timeline perfectly. The layout is practical and fits our needs as a family. The biggest drawback for me is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during the day. It can be quite disruptive. Still, the convenience factor outweighs this for now.

I liked that KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals is nearby, which provides peace of mind. The construction quality seems good from what I have seen. However, I must mention that the roads leading to the project can be dusty, especially during dry weather. The builder needs to address this. Otherwise, it's a solid property in a growing locality.
