The location in Matrusri Nagar, North Hyderabad, offegood connectivity. Being able to walk to Matrusri DAV Public School in 2 minutes is a huge advantage for my kids. The hospital, Srikara Hospitals, is also quite close, only an 8-minute drive away in Miyapur. I checked the OC status, and it is indeed received, providing peace of mind. The construction quality appeasolid. My only concern is the parking space; it seems a bit limited for the number of residents.

Proximity to Miyapur Metro Station, nearby, is a big plus for our daily commute. The school nearby, Matrusri DAV Public School, is just a 2-minute walk, which is super convenient for future planning. The only minor issue is that during peak hou, traffic can get a bit heavy on the main roads around Hafeezpet.

The common areas looked well-maintained. We felt the room sizes could have been a bit larger, but overall it's a good place for a family.

The location in North Hyderabad is serene compared to the city center. While I don't use the metro much, its proximity at close to Miyapur Metro Station is a good indicator of the area's connectivity. The balcony space is adequate for morning tea. Overall, a comfortable living experience for my wife and me.
