We decided to buy a plot at Uday Enclave in Sector 151, Noida, for future construction. We got a 120 sq.yd. Plot for about 55 Lakh. The location is decent, with the Noida Sector 148 Metro Station a short distance, making our commute to work easier. We liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security. The landscaping and tree planting are areas that need more attention, it looks a bit undeveloped. Also, the car parking seems to be an open area, which might be an issue during monsoon. The area is developing and it's nice that the GSB INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is a short distance, which is perfect for our kids. The plot size is decent for building our future home. The price was within our budget, around 70 Lakh. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the gated community aspect for security. The only drawback is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we know it will settle down eventually. We are looking forward to building our dream house here.
