We purchased a plot of 3000 sq.ft. The area is a gated community with a park, which is great for kids to play safely. The developer, Ubber Group, has provided a sewage treatment plant and landscaping, which indicates good infrastructure planning. The price for a larger plot like ouwas around 70 Lakhs. The only drawback we've noticed is that the traffic on the nearby highways can get quite heavy, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times, making the nearby distance feel longer sometimes. Otherwise, it's a good environment for families.
