Finally moved into my own place at U V India Heights! As a single woman, I wanted a secure location and this one in Ruvapari Road felt right. Being so close to HCG Hospital, Bhavnagar is a definite advantage. I picked a 1 BHK apartment, the carpet area is around 381 Sq.ft, which is enough space for me. It's ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. The building has fire sprinklewhich gives me peace of mind. My only small issue is that the road leading to the main entrance can be a bit dusty sometimes, but it's manageable. Overall, a good decision for me.
