We opted for a 3 BHK measuring 1200 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room. The total cost came to about 50.4 Lakhs. It's a ready to move project, finished by U S T Constructions in February 2024. The location is good, with the Taratala Metro Station nearby, which is helpful for my wife’s commute. The project offeclosed car parking, which is a necessity for us. The construction quality looks solid. We are happy with the space and amenities.
