We are a family with two school-going children, and we picked Twin Vaastu Imperial Wing B in Ravet for our new home. The 2 BHK flat is 618 square feet, which feels spacious enough for us. The price was around 72.44 Lakh. Twin Star Infrastructure is the developer, and the project is under construction, due for completion in December 2024. The biggest draw for us is that S. B. Patil Public School is right next door, at nearby distance, making school runs incredibly easy. We also looked at the community buildings and the kids' play areas they mentioned. The closed car parking is also a good feature for us. While the location is great for schools, the surrounding area can get dusty during construction.
