The location in Noida Extension, Sec 20 is decent, not too far from the expressway which is important for my commute. My partner liked the 24x7 water supply, a basic but essential need. The price range was within our budget, settled for something in the mid 40s Lakh. The builder, Chandan, seems to have finished construction by March 2023. The only slight issue is the traffic around the area during peak hou, but that's common in Greater Noida.
