I particularly liked the dedicated gymnasium and the squash court – good for staying active. The developer, TVS Emerald Haven Realty, seems to be focusing on quality lifestyle features. Being in Chennai South, Karapakkam, offedecent connectivity via OMR. One minor issue we noticed during our visit was the dust on some of the plots, likely due to ongoing landscaping or nearby development, but it’s expected for a project nearing completion. The starting price of 2.44 Crore is competitive for the offerings.

I visited the site and liked the landscaping and the overall serene environment. The Vastu compliant aspect was important to me. It’s good that they have a swimming pool and a reflexology park for relaxation. The area is developing, and it’s close to essential services like Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital Karapakkam, which is nearby. My only reservation is the completion date of November 2024, which feels a little far off for a ready-to-move project.
