We were searching for a villa in Chennai South for our growing family. TVS Aaranya has configurations from 2 BHK up to 4.5 BHK villas. The 4 BHK villas are between 1453 Sq.ft - 2335 Sq.ft built up. The developer, TVS Emerald Haven Realty, is building this project. It's nice that Zigma Matriculation Higher Secondary School is nearby, making school runs much easier. The project has a cricket pitch and a volleyball court, which the kids are excited about. It is still under construction and expected to finish by December 2025. The traffic on the Mambakkam-Medavakkam Main Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for our daily commutes.

I am buying a villa for my parents who are staying in Chennai. TVS Aaranya in Vengaivasal seemed like a good choice. They offer 3.5 BHK villas with built-up areas ranging from 1124 Sq.ft to 1928 Sq.ft. The project has a good list of amenities, including 24x7 water supply and 24x7 security, which gives me peace of mind. The nearby Medavakkam Bus Depot is nearby, which is convenient for my parents. The completion date is set for December 2025. I'm hoping the construction quality by TVS Emerald Haven Realty is up to the mark. The area seems to be developing well.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose TVS Aaranya. I picked a 3 BHK villa, which has a built-up area between 1124 Sq.ft and 1928 Sq.ft. The developer, TVS Emerald Haven Realty, has given good amenities like a clubhouse, gymnasium, and a swimming pool. It's also located in Chennai South, Vengaivasal, which is a developing area. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be ready by December 2025. Getting to GST Road is also quite easy from here, which is a plus. The only thing I noticed is that the internal roads within the project might be a bit narrow, but I am still happy with my decision.

My wife and I decided to buy our fit home here. We looked at the 2 BHK villas at TVS Aaranya. The built-up area ranges from 1453 Sq.ft to 2335 Sq.ft for these, which is plenty for us. We liked the amenities like the swimming pool and the gymnasium for our workouts. It's currently under construction, with completion planned for December 2025. The location in Vengaivasal is okay, not too far from OMR where we work. The only slight worry is the price point, though we didn't get exact figures, it seemed a bit high for the area. But overall, the project looks promising with good facilities.

The size of the 3 BHK villas are between 1124 Sq.ft to 1928 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for our family. It's also conveniently located near Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital Karapakkam, nearby, which is important for us. The developer, TVS Emerald Haven Realty, seems to have a good track record. Construction is under progress and expected completion is December 2025. The main concern right now is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is expected I suppose. The proximity to Mambakkam-Medavakkam Main Road is good for commuting.
