I’m buying a 3 BHK flat, which is built up between 1350 and 1624 square feet. The budget fits my savings, around 1.27 Crore. Being a single woman, the 24x7 water supply and fire safety systems are important for peace of mind. My only slight worry is the dust from construction, as it’s still under construction until December 2029. Hopefully, the landscaping and tree planting will make a difference once it's done.
