The 1980 square feet 3 BHK flat is spacious enough for them. It was ready to move in, which was perfect as I couldn't wait too long. Tulsiani Constructions & DevelopeLtd. Has a good reputation. The internal roads are well-built, and there are security guards which gives me peace of mind. My parents mentioned the lift service is prompt. The only small issue is that the nearby Lalbahadur Shastri Marg can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable for them.
